to win the Presidency in November. Biden is still SLIGHTLY below Trump, but that will be because he’s still battling a primary, regardless of how likely he is to win it.

Apparently, the thought behind it is that Biden could have to withdraw before the convention for health reasons (or whatever) and the convention would then choose a different candidate. I personally don't think it would be Hillary, but that's the thought, it seems.

because of the three opposition campaigns running against her, plus her health is better than Sanders (no heart attack).

I'll bet at some time earlier in the day, she was ranked above Bernie. I can't think of any good reason that Nate Silver would have for posting faked screen captures.
