Bernie Sanders is opening five campaign offices in PA

Six weeks out from the April primary, Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders is ramping up his Pennsylvania presence to the tune of five new offices and dozens of paid staffers.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

That make it impossible for a loser of a primary to run as an independent after they lose the primary of that state.

One such state is Pennsylvania. So, if he loses the PA primary, he will be unable to receive ballot access in that state. Michigan is another state.

But there's some ambiguity whether they apply to presidential elections too. My guess is, as was the case in Michigan in 2012 with Gary Johnson, it can apply if vetted by the state government. In this instance, Michigan blocked Johnson, despite many believing the sore-loser laws not applying to that presidential election. However, he was not on the ballot in Michigan in 2012.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Indiana requires 2% (44,935) of total votes cast in previous Secretary of State election by June 30. Wouldn't give Sanders time to get it done.

July 5 is deadline as a write-in. And the convention has not even started.

based on this:

none of the offices will hold previously scheduled events to mark their openings

and also:
the campaign said the use for the physical offices in the coming weeks is in flux, given all staff have been told to work from home.

It sounds like the plans to open these offices were likely established before these last three days (i.e. while his campaign still seemed to have some life to it).
