If/when Biden is elected in November, should he enlist Obama to help repair America's image abroad?

Given how the President will need to be focused on repairing the damage done domestically by this abomination of an administration, should Biden call on Obama to repair America’s relationship with all of our allies abroad? The new Secretary of State (Buttigieg? Klobuchar?) will have their hands full and Obama would provide an important and helpful assist with the monumental task of restoring the world order.

If he’s not assigned foreign policy duties, having Obama head up a task force to review this pandemic and prepare for the next one would also be a good use of the former president’s knowledge and experience.

I am sure Obama would gladly fill either role if asked. The question is, should he be asked?

primary today, I would vote for:

on various projects, I don't see why Biden would be hesitant nor should it be viewed either negatively or cautiously.

We’ll need hundreds of roving ambassadors to clean up the mess Trump has created.
