Can someone clarify what Joe said today about undocumented immigrants?

I keep hearing Trump trolls on Biden threads on Instagram and FB saying Joe said taxpayers should pay health care for undocumented people. Anyone know what this is about?

Biden said that we have an obligation to provide health care for illegal immigrants. Of course the party of hate disagrees.

..pregnant women and moms with new babies under 2 mos old get med coupons only.....kids up to 18 get med coupons....NO able bodied adult gets it unless theres an emergency. I worked with a young immigrant woman who had HANSENS disease ( leprosy!). THANK GOD the gvnt had the brains to permit her to have med coupons to get her medicine. Also thank goodness there are free clinics like Farmworkers Clinic and Neighborhood Health to take care of folks. They are going to be increasingly impt since taking advantage of life saving resources such as medical coupons can apparently make you not worthy of being an American.
