1. The whole problem is

the mutation of money from an institutional function ito an event function. Success now is not what can be accomplished with profits but how much profit can be converted into non working funds. If ever the meaning of whorshipping false gods had materialization it now can be seen in the billions or trillions of dollars stagnated in trusts and foundations. Philanthropy is not pledging to give all your fortunes away. Philanthropy would be creating jobs and new methods to improve energy use and conservation. Around the world trillions of dollars are under the control of individuals that do nothing but keep the trillions of dollars out of the world economy. Money should be treated and regulated like a resource to keep it alive in economies. The current treatment of money is analogous to damming up a river at the head of a valley. It serves no purpose other than identifying huge personal quantities of stagnated water. Profits are good if they are used for accomplishment rather than monuments to power. Nobody loses anything if money is used. Everybody gains. Stagnating money is suffering and death. Working money is prosperity.
