My Vote By Mail Ballot for Warren had been received by the election board...
in my county in california.
I don't know if every county allows you to look up your ballot...but I love that I can see mine is ready to be counted.

In Colorado all of our elections are vote-by-mail, and IMHO every state should do this. It has increased participation (sorry, I don't remember the numbers), and makes it SO easy! Also, we get email when the ballot has been received.
