judge Luttig and Laurence Tribe share this opinion. Judge Luttig believes that Colorado has a strong case to go before the Supreme Court.

Judge Luttig clearly explained why Trump should be disqualified, because he violated the Constitution, not a federal law.
If someone who was 21 years old tried to run for president he would be disqualified in all of the states because he violated the Constitution, this is the same application that applies for Trump. Trump violated the Constitution that deals with elections. He lost a valid election and contrary to the Constitution he tried to stay in power, it is the Constitution that makes Trump ineligible in all of the states.
