my parents were Holocaust survivors (Auschwitz)...my father could not get a bank loan to expand his business because, as the bank officer explained "you're a Jew with a funny accent"....when my daughter was in elementary school she was not invited to birthday parties, holiday parties because "my mother said you can't come because you're Jewish"...my young son came home from first grade crying because a little girl told him she's like him more if he wasn't Jewish...and when I was in the rotation to be president of the PTA I was told that would never happen because "you're a little too Jewish"...and again...not a safe haven...never was...

4. It's not a question of denying so much as a lack of sharing of a safe homeland

for both Jews and Palestinians, one can't be denied without the other.

One evil can't justify another, the Holocaust was no moral basis for wiping out the Palestinians.

There is no such thing as a partial democracy.

They only path for freedom, security and peace for everyone in that region is courage, faith and empathy for the other, if those conditions can't be met the only path left is fear, disenfranchisement, hatred and eternal war or genocide.
