Now watching again, it was New York Assistant Attorney General Tristan Snell. Boy, was his immediate and angry response relatable. Worth watching even for a bit of catharsis.

...have no right to a speedy trial, either. Complete and utter abandonment of judicial responsibility.

I firmly believe he will lose on appeal. He still owes the original judgement. He still lost the original case. Could the monetary damages be reduced on appeal? Maybe. He remains convicted of fraud. 👍

SC justice Clarence must've told his benefactors to spread the wealth around a little more. Nobody is that lucky by sheer happenstance. Everything goes TSF's way even while everything he touches dies. This justice system is already dead and the country isn't far behind. Billionaires spend more to avoid paying less in taxes. They just want their status quo protected at all costs. And if that means supporting TSF, so be it. I hope all their private jets crash into each other.
