German women have a cynical joke concerning men over thirty
They say (not all of them joking, depending on their own experiences) that men over thirty are like public toilets: they are either taken, or they are full of shit.
Johnson is over thirty, but I don't think anyone even cares if he is taken or not, because he is so obviously the other part of the comparison.
