1. Sheldon Whitehouse rocks!

He's probably my favorite Democrat. He doesn't get distracted by bullshit and he has a great personality and sense of humor. He'd be a fantastic President, I think, but I never hear him mentioned as a possible candidate. Maybe he's happy where he is. At any rate, he does a super job.

2. He's a huge favorite of mine, too! He's extremely diligent and he never gives up

And his main issues are the threat of climate change and Supreme Court corruption - which during the current administration have to be frustrating as hell!

3. Yes, I'm sure he thinks we're in an emergency,

and we are, in lots of ways. We don't want to wake from our slumber. We're all very comfortable in our everyday lives and our routines, but it's all about to change. When a sizeable minority of us decided they wanted to shake things up, they opened the portal to Hell. I'm glad we have people like Whitehouse in our government, but I'm surely sad that there are so few like him.

4. I completely agree, there are those in Congress who I wish we could clone

Senator Whitehouse is obviously one of them, two others are Jamie Raskin and Jasmine Crockett. I'd love to have one of them for a Rep.!
