They knew damn well they were violating a court order, but now claim her deportation was not intentional so as to avoid contempt of court sanctions. But she's still in Guatemala, and has been since November. The feds have not lifted a finger to reverse their "mistake." And they have terrorized her family in Texas, making them afraid to leave their house. Their neighbors have had to take their 5 year old to school for them every day.
All of this was intentional by the feds, no mistake about it.
