10 months until the election so there's time for people to pay their fines and get their licenses back.

The percentage of those losing their licenses is probably higher because many of the state's 29.53 million citizens don't drive or have a license.

I live in New York City and have to deal with draconian parking regulations. Perhaps the NYPD should implement a similar course of action.

I suppose there (eventually) has to be some kind of punitive sanction ...

be interesting to see a breakdown on what the unpaid infractions mostly involve .. (expired or no tags ?)

gives Dems a chance to fix some problems in that state, winterize their power grid, make sure people can vote, etc.

now won't be able to drive to and from work? What percentage of those drivers will lose their jobs? And what percentage of those drivers won't give a shit and will still vote for republicans because the most important thing is owning those libs!?
