(22,075 posts)The percentage of those losing their licenses is probably higher because many of the state's 29.53 million citizens don't drive or have a license.
I live in New York City and have to deal with draconian parking regulations. Perhaps the NYPD should implement a similar course of action.

be interesting to see a breakdown on what the unpaid infractions mostly involve .. (expired or no tags ?)
