1. It depends upon what definition of

White one uses. White and Black are not scientific terms and they are used differently by different people.
If the definition of White is Caucasian, then virtually all of the people mentioned in the Bible were White. Caucasian is a scientific term with an actual definition.
I've heard young people today say that there is no such thing as race. So that needs to be considered too. Medically people whose ancestors came from different regions have a few different physical needs, such as reactions to a few particular medicines.

3. The reason that he has to

"dance around a simple question" is because he is not accustomed to it. He is used to talking to people who agree with him. Facts and logic are irrelevant, indeed a hindrance. But people like him rarely convince anyone who doesn't already, at least partially, agree with him. The real dangers are the smooth talkers who can take a fact and make the fact dance and contort itself into the opposite of itself, and the danger of the person who doesn't want to think for themselves and just wants to be led.
