JMHO, you shouldn’t let that get in the way of listening to 20 minutes of intelligent and highly relevant conversation.

Consider it like a verbal trailer. You obviously saw the entire video and could at least share your opinion.

With no comment just a video, I tend to think even the poster didn’t bother to watch the video and just posted because of a ‘bombshell’ promise.

I looked in the "About forum " page and didn't see it. Is it posted somewhere else? I know that LBN has that rule, it's posted in the LBN "About forum" page.

Thanks.

and I'm not sure I'd even give him that much positive spin. Is showing him a path forward on "affordability" a good thing going into the midterm 2026 elections? Selling off our edge to help working people. You can't grapple with the ethics but sure can question the wisdom.

I like both of these women, and they’re progressives. The most important takeaway is that the Democratic Party is at a crossroads: either we accept corporate money (and all the capitulations that entails) or we accept no corporate money and fight for the interests of the working people.
The title of the video is extreme, there was no bombshell. Jennifer expressed disappointment in the leadership ability of establishment Democrat Chuck Schumer, as do many others, and expressed a desire for more progressive and dynamic democrats to lead the party (like Zohran Mamdani).
