If universal presidential immunity were a thing, no order issued by the President could be illegal. So he could order the bumping off of enemies, opponents - anywhere! Not going to happen.

2. I certainly agree with you, but apparently TFG does not.

He still says he "won," despite all the investigations he financed which determined that he did not and told him so, but his lie that he's "still" president is one of his talking points intended to incite his deluded "followers." And that authoritarian power is his plan if he ever returns to office.
