So, did the Deep State win?

I thought that Bannon was going to take it out.

Trump is no different from any other Republican.

He's just more up front about it. Doesn't dog whistle his true beliefs, but lays them out bare. The Republican party is the party of White Supremacy. Always has been. Always will be.

The mistake that we're making is to believe otherwise.

Plausible (but crazy) major Game of Thrones theory (***Potential SPOILERS alert***)

"Bran May Be Game of Thrones' Greatest Villain, According to This Theory"

Reddit user turm0il26 proposes that Bran Stark is the Night King, and their reasoning is so sound that we're having a hard time not imagining the bittersweet showdown between Bran and Jon if this time-twisting theory turns out to be right.

Trump's Immigration plan and Major League Baseball

I'm a NY Yankees fan, and our starting catcher, our best pitcher, our 2B, and our closer all come from different countries and all need translators when interviewed.

If a professional athlete cannot speak English, will he or she not be allowed in the U.S. to play? If so, our sports will take a major step downward.

My understanding of "The Sopranos" ending **SPOILER ALERT**

Was Tony killed in the diner? Yes.
Was Tony not killed in the diner? Yes.

And, that's the point of the ending. Throughout the entire run of the series, Tony struggled to be normal. A good son to his mother. A good husband. A good father. He even went to therapy to try to become better, but in the end, he's still a monster. He's still a bad guy, and he faces death from every direction at any time in his life. He's trapped in his own hell. He cannot enjoy a dinner out with his family without facing the fact that a shooter may be on him at any moment.

He cannot become normal no matter what he does.

Thank Janet Yellen and the Fed for the Unemployment numbers. Now, please raise interest rates.

I'm getting tired of getting next to zero interest on my savings for the past 10 years.

So, I'm watching the BBC show, "Dirk Gently" (NO SPOILERS)

I'm only on episode 3. There is this great character, Bart Curlish, played by Fiona Dourif. Bart is a holistic assassin. She is awesome. I looked her up, and was pleasantly surprised that Fiona Dourif's dad is....(see below)
