New York Attorney General Letitia James has just filed a bombshell lawsuit against Donald Trump, his kids, and the Trump organization seeking $250 million and barring the Trumps from doing business in New York, effectively shutting down the company. AG James alleges a massive fraudulent scheme by the Trumps to manipulate the valuations of their business to get benefits they didn’t deserve. Tish James has also made a criminal referral to the DOJ and IRS for Trump’s criminal conduct identified in their far-reaching investigation.

The United States Senate unanimously adopted a resolution offered by Dick Durbin that condemned threats of violence against FBI agents, singled out Trump’s reference to “vicious monsters” at FBI and said agents were searching Mar-a-Lago for records “owned” by the United States. This scathing resolution was passed under-the-radar and was reported on by few journalists. - Meidas Touch.

The DOJ just filed a reply brief in support of its Motion for Partial Stay before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals calling out Trump for playing games before the Court by not claiming the classified documents are his and telling the Special Master he doesn’t want to say what the status of the classified documents are after initiating this process. The DOJ’s Motion for Partial Stay is now fully briefed and we are awaiting the ruling by the Court of Appeals any day/minute now. - Meidas Touch.
