senseandsensibility
senseandsensibility's JournalMeanwhile this morning on FAUX and Newsmax
They are covering something very sensational to avoid the Stormy Daniels testimony. Kristy Noem was interviewed on both far right channels this morning and things didn't go well. Both networks really hit her hard, basically saying her chances at VP are over and really holding her feet to the fire about her lies.
They get two things out of this: it distracts from Stormy, and it protects cheato by setting him up as too "moral" to pick her for VP. It also shows that they can be tough on liars when they want to be. Of course with cheato, they don't want to be.
Suspended jail sentence is the way to go
and I hope Judge Merchan is considering it. It seems as though he is very reluctant to jail the defendant and this would be a way to avoid it for now. When the trial is over, the heat will be off the jury and witnesses at least, and he can do what needs to be done.
If he puts the fool in jail now , it's not going to be Riker's or even an overnight stay. But even if it's just "time out" in the jail behind the courthouse the freak will act as though he's Nelson Mandela and cause even more uproar and delay.
I hope he's considering a suspended sentence that he can keep adding to as the trial progresses.
New Biden Strategy Sounds Like a Winner!
According to MSNBC, the new Biden reelection strategy is short crisp speeches. They're going to tighten up his message because voters are consuming media in different formats and have a shorter attention span.
I've long thought and posted here that they need to do this, and I know many of you have as well. This also should be a great contrast with the bumbling, rambling cheato.
Why do you think Hope Hicks is such a media darling?
I really appreciated Lawrence O'Donnell's take on her as a witness last night and the way he called out her privilege, complete lack of qualifications for her job, and record of supporting a very immoral candidate and POTUS. There's really nothing admirable about her at all if you think about it logically.
But the rest of the media seems enthralled. I've even heard a lawyer call her angelic. Her tears are assumed to be authentic, and much of the media seems to be worried about her. It's strange.
Apparently, it's been going on since day one. Lawrence showed a clip of Jonathan Karl kissing her on the cheek at a press conference. He said he's never seen anything like it.
Tic tac had to denounce trump after Access Hollywood!
I saw a chyron about this on MSNBC and wondered what it meant. I thought maybe it was a typo for tic toc.
I finally figured it out (I think). Anyone want to guess?
Just a reminder that Lawrence was in court today and
will be on MSNBC at seven (west coast time) even though he usually has Fridays off. Can't wait. It was a good day for the prosecution.
Stay classy, Rudy Guiliani's son!
Apparently, Rudy's son (Andrew) just posted that he is at the courthouse and he used the public restroom after Anderson Cooper. He says that Anderson didn't flush and he had to flush for him.
First, I don't believe this. Second, it "reeks" of desperation.
Cheato thinks he has beautiful blue eyes
to go with his strawberry blond hair that he listed for his mug shot. The guy is insane. He really thinks he's gorgeous.
It seems that this is his explanation for why he appears to be sleeping. He posted that he is closing his "beautiful blue eyes" (barf)
His eyes don't even look blue to me. They just look mean and lifeless.
Cheato just called Chris Christie
a fat pig at his "rally". The crowd roared.
Maybe tomorrow would be a good day for Chris to endorse Joe? C'mon, Chris, you know you want to.
And say what you will about Christie, he's good at verbally taking down trump. I mean he has a gift. We could use him on our side.
