Former North Side resident Seth Wilson ruled "Jeopardy" again on Wednesday's episode.

Wilson, 31, notched his eighth win in a row to bring his total winnings to $191,701. Wilson correctly answered the "Final Jeopardy" clue about former Ethiopian emperor Haile Selassie to earn $25,201 on Wednesday's episode.

Wilson faced tough competition from Iowa statistician Erin Post, who only trailed Wilson by $5,000 going into "Final Jeopardy." She missed the "Final Jeopardy" clue and wagered all but $1.

Retired New Yorker Harold Leff got the "Final Jeopardy" clue corrrect, but didn't have enough money to wager to beat Wilson.

Wilson, who briefly lived in the Ravenswood neighborhood this year before moving to another city, is a Ph.D. theater student at the University of Georgia and an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Vanderbilt University.
