DeSwiss's JournalAmber Alert Issued For Missing US Foreign Policy
By G-Had | November 19, 2013
WASHINGTON, D.C. Washington-area police have issued an Amber Alert and are seeking the publics help in locating a missing 238-year old foreign policy for the United States. The foreign policy was described as wholly consistent with our national security interests, while also balancing the needs for human rights, labor, business and the environment. It answers to the Obama Doctrine, the Bush Doctrine, the Clinton Doctrine, the Powell Doctrine, the Weinberger Doctrine, and the Domino Theory.
When last seen it was speaking softly and carrying a big stick. Police are looking for a suspect, described by witnesses as a well-dressed middle-aged bald man who spoke with a Russian accent. The man was seen getting into a stretch limousine in downtown Washington with the foreign policy early on Monday.
Some law enforcement officials were confused on how to proceed. We cant get it back because we dont negotiate with kidnappers and terrorists, said FBI Director James Comey, before correcting himself. Wait, maybe we do or do we? Dammit! We need it back right now!
We believe with high confidence that the kidnappers of the foreign policy will demand a hefty ransom, said D.C. Chief of Police Cathy Lanier, who has taken the lead on the investigation. This will likely include demands of overseas military bases, nuclear missile silos, and even possible Tomahawk missile launches against random countries in the Middle East.
Lanier has dismissed suggestions by the Department of Homeland Security that the foreign policy may have kidnapped itself, although she couldnt completely rule it out. She mentioned that the foreign policy did seem to regularly go missing in times of personal crisis, such as an unexplained eight-year disappearance from 2001 to 2009 which it later blamed on terrorists.

- It should be clear that foreign policy hasn't been kidnapped but rather, she ran away. She realized she was going insane. She had to be. She had begun bringing ''freedom and democracy'' to people with drones, but she could help herself. Others were controlling her. Pushing her buttons.
Today she exists anonymously in a little village in the Bordeaux region, working the grapes and tending the fields. Now she makes decisions and selects her picks. The next leaders, the next generation who will take over: The All Star Game.

Wisconsin Democrat Yells At GOP While Dressed As Confederate Soldier. As You Do.

We have to say that this cosplay display by Wisconsin state Rep. Brett Hulsey (D-Awesomesauce), a replacement for the stunt where he promised to hand out KKK hoods at the state Republican Party convention this weekend, is very, very, insensitive and unkind in its implication that GOP policies are motivated by racism. Look, just because a few of Scott Walkers aides have been fired for sending racist emails, and the Rs have done everything they can to kill Medicaid expansion and stuff, doesnt mean that its fair to suggest that Wisconsin Republicans are racist. Besides, neither was the Confederacy.

Germany blocks Edward Snowden from testifying in person in NSA inquiry

Officials say a personal invitation for US whistleblower to attend hearing would put 'grave strain' on US-German relations

The German government has blocked Edward Snowden from giving personal evidence in front of a parliamentary inquiry into NSA surveillance, it has emerged hours before Angela Merkel travels to Washington for a meeting with Barack Obama.
In a letter to members of a parliamentary committee obtained by Süddeutsche Zeitung, government officials say a personal invitation for the US whistleblower would "run counter to the political interests of the Federal Republic", and "put a grave and permanent strain" on US-German relations.
Opposition party members in the committee from the Left and Green party had for weeks insisted that the former NSA employee was a key witness and therefore would need to appear in person, not least because of concerns that Russia otherwise could influence his testimony.
However, the ruling Christian Democratic and Social Democratic parties, said that a written questionnaire would suffice. The disagreement led to the resignation of the CDU head of the committee this month.
