Strange "Cult" of people out there, that think they can do "anything" with no "consequences"

Their thinking is flawed, but these people are everywhere in the world. (and, everywhere in history too.)

no consequences that would hurt her/him) ..Maybe, they haven't thought the event through, or don't care. But
the consequences of doing something can often be worse than the event itself....So many examples.
