When will Trump release the children to their parents? I say this Friday..
On Friday he will say that he releases them for the weekend as a gesture of caring.
This policy of taking children from their parents is a vicious, mean, evil, as well
as a stupid way of dealing with this problem. What Trump has said and done in the past, cannot compare with this. The arrogance and stupidity of taking children from parents goes beyond reason. Breaking up a family over misdemeanors is not just mean, it goes to the heart of what all of us consider important - our families. Trump needs to be impeached and thrown out of office for this. As soon as possible.
Instead of admitting a "mistake", Trump makes a fool of himself, FOREVER.
Yesterday, Trump could have admitted this was a "mistake" and set up a release procedure. Instead, he doubles down. If the "mistake" was admitted yesterday, there would already be relief and some children may have been reunited with their parents.
Trump has attacked the single most powerful human concept "family."

Throughout human history, family is an idea that unites us all. Humans love their children. This is universal everywhere. Everyone talks about our mom and dads and our family experiences. We love our children. Our strongest love is for our children. To attack our children, and put our children in "cages" is beyond stupid. Around the world , all nations, will attack Trump. Trump will lose. Trump has lost. Trump can release the children today. Admit a "mistake" and move on. Maybe that will happen. Probably not.
About Immigrants and those who come from families of "Immigrants" (or if you know any)
...Millions of people are "immigrants" and come directly from "families of immigrants." I hope those people, those millions of people, take a good look at Trump and what he is doing. Come November, those that vote, (and there are millions) ought to think about voting straight "Democrat" up and down the voting column. Very few Republicans have took a stand against this.
...How many well known Republicans say this is wrong? Laura Bush?. .How about Republican leadership? I don't see Republican leadership taking a stand against this.
So, if you wanted your kids to be "locked up" than support the Republicans. Otherwise..sanity is with Democrats. Democrats are against this. This is wrong.
Since Trump doesn't ever apologize, & this mistake is written in stone. Good by Republican Party.
Most politicians who make mistakes, apologize and move on. That is something Trump never does. If this brings his approval down to 25 percent, will he apologize and change his mind?...Has he in the past?..Will he say, "I was wrong about this, let us reunite the children with the parents?"

.Not likely. Therefore, this will be an issue for awhile (if indeed Trump does not change this, or apologize or both)...Now for most of us in this country, this is totally wrong. You cannot take kids away from their parents like this. And Trump is too stupid to know this.
If Trump does not change this, and if this is written in stone, then the Democrats have a chance to destroy the Republican party.
Republicans will have to defend Trump and taking children from parents...They can't.
Oh, they can try. "Against the law"..."illegals coming into America"....etc. etc. etc.
They can't...and they lose. This is the stupidest thing Trump has done, and most republicans know it. This is illegal and immoral. What we need to see is a swelling of resistance to this from everyone. All of us. Everyone knows this is wrong...end of comment..
Can't someone go to court, get a court order for release of children due to 5th and 6th Amendments?
.....Someone go directly to a regional federal court, or to the Supreme Court, and get the children released by court order to parents.. The detention seems to me to be ..........illegal..What crime did the children
commit that causes them to be incarcerated ????
If separation of parents from children is considered, "punishment for illegal imigartion" than..
.that punishment is illegal....why???

I guess this proves that the Republican Party is party of "family values."
That is defined by, "Its Ok to Break Up the Family, by Taking Children from their Parents"
