On Memorial Day, remember this secret troop of Jewish commandos from World War II, CNN:

Opinion by Leah Garrett,..Updated 7:27 AM ET, Sun May 30, 2021

(CNN) — This year marks the 80th anniversary of America's entry into World War II. As one of our most studied conflicts, it often feels as if all the stories about it have now been told. This is not the case.

As America marks a Memorial Day in transition — a de-escalating pandemic alongside rising anti-Semitism, political division and racism — an untold story from this long-ago war not only sheds a light on a crucial chapter in the Allies' success, but also offers insights about the upsurge in hatred and xenophobia in the United States and abroad, along with the crisis at the southern border.

For the least three years I have been working on excavating the unknown story of a remarkable secret Jewish commando unit, who former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill named X Troop. Made up of German and Austrian Jewish refugees, all the X troopers had suffered violence and hatred in their birth countries. Arriving alone as teenagers in the UK on Kindertransport in the late 1930s, they understood profoundly that the Nazi scourge of murderous hatred had to be stopped.

I wrote my book while working as a professor and director of Jewish Studies at Hunter College, City University of New York. Hunter is one of the most diverse universities in the country, and our president, Jennifer Raab, is a tireless advocate for our many Dreamer students. Most of my students have no Jewish background, and yet they were completely fascinated by X Troop. Like the X troopers, many of my students came to a different nation because their parents felt they were in profound danger in their home countries. And for both the Jewish refugees in the UK and migrants at America's southern border, the government distrusted them so much that they were initially locked away.

G.O.P. Hates the U.S.A. because:"The G.O.P.Thinks IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE U.S.A."

No other conclusion can be drawn from today's vote..

Why the GOP will block the insurrection comission..Two reasons why:

...Their leaders will decide that the next election in in November 2022 is... far more important.. By then, the whole issue will be long gone..(as far as they are concerned)...."Why relive the past?" They will say in November 2022.

....They are already saying this 4 months afterwards. They will say it over and over again. Some will
believe this. But the GOP caused the insurrection. Their leader, President Trump started the riot through his speech. That is the one thing that GOP wants everyone to forget.

Along with the lie that there is another lie that is just as important... "Election was stolen" that the GOP leaders backed.

..That lie will live forever...The election was not stolen" ....A commission will prove that, "The
election was not stolen." The GOP would rather live with those lies, then see them ...proved as ..
...complete and total lies

One comparison: John Dean- Micheal Cohen.. Do you know who John Dean was/is?

If you don't, some don't, in many ways John Dean broke the Watergate scandal and he did go to jail.
He exposed many of the inside going on during the time up to Watergate hearings. He was
a key part of the hearings, and I watched almost all of it. He was partly responsible for getting
Nixon to resign....

Ok, You don't like Michael Cohen? That is ok. That is up to you. But Michael Cohen
is partially responsible for exposing Trump's lies, that led to others doing the exact same thing.

.
...Cohen was/is the leader of the pack, and for that we should all be grateful, He served
his time, told the truth, and has helped give the world information we might not have gotten..

I believe that he deserves the same admiration as John Dean. Cohen could have stayed
......"shut up" served his time and so on.
..Will Eric Trump tell the truth? I don't think so.

.....But Cohen told the truth, and that we should all be grateful for.....

Suspected Killer Admits To Dozens of Murders After Mutilated Corpses Are Found In His Home (Mexico)

Source: Yahoo.com

Kevin Dolak:

A 72-year-old man was arrested this week following the discovery of human remains under the floorboards of his home. He has confessed to killing as many as 30 people over the last two decades.

The suspect, identified only as "Andrs N," per Mexican privacy laws, was known colloquially as El Chino (The Chinese). He was arrested inside his home in the municipality of Atizapn de Zaragoza on Saturday for the killing of 34-year-old Reyna Gonzlez, who vanished on May 13. He is believed to have stabbed her and dismembered her body El Pais reported.

(further down in article)

After his arrest, Andrs N. reportedly admitted to as many as 30 murders, the news agency Efe reported. Prosecutors in the State of Mexico, which includes Mexico City and much of its suburbs, said Wednesday that they have yet to determine the number of possible victims in the case, the Associated Press reported. According to Efe, he is being held at the Tlalnepantla Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center.

The gruesome discovery of Gonzlez's hacked-up body on a bloody table came during the search for her in Las Lomas de San Miguel, a neighborhood on the western edge of Mexico City. Investigators jackhammered the floor and took apart a concrete structure on the common-access property, then forensics experts sifted through dirt to find evidence. DNA testing will be needed to determine how many victims Andrs N. may have killed over the years, prosecutors said.

Marjorie Taylor Greene compares House mask mandates to the Holocaust: CNN

https://www.cnn.com/2021/05/21/politics/marjorie-taylor-greene-mask-mandates-holocaust/index.html

_________________________________________________________________________________________

(CNN) — Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, during an interview on a conservative podcast this week, compared House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's decision to continue to require members of the House to wear masks on the chamber floor to steps the Nazis took to control the Jewish population during the Holocaust

Greene, in a conversation with the Christian Broadcast Network's David Brody on his podcast "The Water Cooler," attacked Pelosi and accused her of being a hypocrite for asking GOP members to prove they have all been vaccinated before allowing members to be in the House chamber without a mask.

"You know, we can look back at a time in history where people were told to wear a gold star, and they were definitely treated like second class citizens, so much so that they were put in trains and taken to gas chambers in Nazi Germany," Greene said. "And this is exactly the type of abuse that Nancy Pelosi is talking about."

Jewish groups were quick to condemn Greene's remarks.

"You can never compare health-related restrictions with yellow stars gas chambers and other Nazi atrocities. Such comparisons demean the Holocaust and contaminate American political speech," the American Jewish Congress said in a tweet in response to Greene's comments. "Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene must immediately retract and apologize."

comment: You can't make this up. Green attacks Pelosi with a very stupid comment. Not even smart enough
to STFU......Green cannot be defended. Comparing wearing a mask to the what the Nazis did in Germany during the Holocaust proves how stupid this lady is. This time with these comments,................. Green did NOT destroy Pelosi, Green destroyed herself.

One more fact about Ted Cruz: He won't be up for reelection till 2024

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Cruz

Scroll down and you will see his election in 2018. Add 6 years to 2018 and you get 2024..

Cruz knows that by 2024, this will be forgotten and something else will be up there in the news. He is
totally counting on that. So he says what he wants to say in 2021 without any fear at all of any
consequences. Can Cruz get away with it? He thinks he can.
