I would encourage continuation of the college scholarship lotteries.

Those needing vaccination are in that group only recently permitted to be vaccinated.

Another incentive manner would be to offer some county-specific lotteries, as some counties are very low in numbers and percentages of vaccinations.

The current governor of Louisiana is a Democrat - John Bel Edwards.

I don't know when his term expires...

How about donating the masks to India and Brazil, African countries, or other needy

areas?

My hubby died 11 yrs ago. I handled most matters well because he had been ill for several yrs and I got used to doing it and all was well.
This past year, during Covid pandemic, my aging caught up with me. I am much slower and accomplish very little.
Now I ask my dear one to support me as he did in life.
