GOP lawmakers have a big question for President Obama about the upcoming Supreme Court case that could undo much of his signature healthcare law: What happens if we win?
Republican leaders of the House Energy and Commerce Committee sent a letter Wednesday to the head of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), demanding the administration show its hand in case the court rules against ObamaCare this summer.
“Given HHS’s responsibilities, we believe it is prudent that the Department plan for the full range of potential outcomes and consequences of the Court’s decision,” leaders of the committee wrote in a letter to HHS Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell.
The lawmakers are seeking any and all information related to the administration's preparation — starting with "all scenarios considered or evaluated."
Both parties have acknowledged that the case, King v. Burwell, is the biggest threat to the healthcare law while Obama remains in office.

Teen walks into Leesburg High School with gun
LEESBURG, Fla. — Channel 9 has learned an Apopka teenager walked into Leesburg High School with a gun early Wednesday afternoon.
School officials said the gun wasn’t loaded but the 16-year-old, who wasn’t a student at the school, had ammunition on him.
School officials said a student warned a school deputy about the teen and that deputy took the teenager into custody within minutes.
The deputy found a .38 caliber revolver on the teen, as well as hollow point bullets in his pockets.
During the investigation, authorities determined the teen had been reported missing from the Apopka area.
It's unclear why he showed up at the school.
The teen was taken into custody and will be booked in to the Lake County Jail for possession of a firearm on school grounds.
School officials said there will be extra deputies on campus Thursday morning.

Mayor de Blasio of New Yorker said this is one of the worst storms in the city’s history.
NEW YORK (PIX11) – Mayor Bill de Blasio is urging New Yorkers to be cautious as one of the worst storms in the city’s history approaches.
In a news conference Sunday afternoon, the mayor told New Yorkers not to underestimate the power of the storm, which is expected to blanket much of the region with up to 2 feet of snow.
“The city’s doing everything we know how to do to keep you safe,” de Blasio said, adding that nearly 500 salt spreaders are ready to be deployed before the snow starts falling and that city workers will be on 12-hour shifts to fight the looming storm.
City schools will be open on Monday but all after-school activities have been canceled. It’s likely that schools will be closed Tuesday, de Blasio said.

A landscape contractor from Glen Cove told police that he and an accomplice stole a dump truck from a cemetery, smashed it through the Smith Haven Mall Macy’s and then fled with an ATM last month because of the “hard times” caused by the influx of immigrant labor, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota.
Garrett Landry, 26, will be arraigned on a grand jury indictment in Riverhead Friday morning stemming from the incident last month, Spota said.
According to Spota, Landry, the owner-operator of Garland Contracting, a Glen Cove firm specializing in landscape and masonry construction, told Suffolk detectives that “times are hard right now” and “I can’t compete with all the illegal immigration; they’re taking over and they work for nothing.”
