HP Deskjet Multifunction Printer -- Not sure if this is normal behavior or not.
My specific model is HP Deskjet 3520 and I have Windows 10. I don't print documents very often so, consequently, my printer is turned off most of the time. Recently, I've noticed Device Manager doesn't show that the printer exists if the printer is turned off. However, if I have the printer turned on, the printer shows up in Device Manager. When the printer is turned on, Device Manager indicates it is working properly and if I try to update the driver, I get a message saying the best printer driver is already installed. So, my question is, is it normal for Device Manager to not list the printer if the printer is turned off or does this behavior indicate a problem? As I said, I don't print documents very often, so I don't know what normal behavior is when it comes to printers being listed or not listed in Device Manager. Thanks for any advice/suggestions!
And now for something completely different, it's...a quote from Michael Palin.
You can't get a suit of armour and a rubber chicken just like that. You have to plan ahead.

Smugglers hop Trump's border wall with a $5 ladder
Source: DeadState.org
According to the El Paso Times, the quickest way around a billion-dollar wall is over it.
The US Border Patrol is reporting that smugglers in Juarez, Mexico, are engineering camouflage hook-and-ladders made of rebar that blend in with the border wall, making them hard to be seen. The ladders are reportedly the same rust-brownish color as the fence.
Somebody is making money off those ladders, Agent Joe Romero told the Times. The agents pulled it off the wall and cut it up so it cant be used again.
Six meters of castillo costs 99 pesos, or about $5.30, at the Hágalo or Do It Yourself True Value hardware store in Juárez, writes the Times Lauren Villagran. There is no indication that smugglers are shopping at that store in particular.
