Like Rand Paul indicated we all know people that game the system especially elected R's

Sen. Sean Nienowm (R), 46, and his wife, Cynthia, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2014 and the case was officially closed in October, reports the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. The couple claimed in court filings that they owed $930,000 to creditors, but had only $122,000 in assets. The couple had twice mortgaged their home.

The Nienows secured a small-business loan in 2009 to buy National Camp Association Inc., a now-defunct guidance and referral service with the mission of helping families find camps for children, among other things.

They stopped making payments in 2010 and the federal government sued last year. A $748,000 judgment was entered against the Nienows and none of the debt was paid.

This guy's only income today is his State Senate pay, but if he should have an accident, heart attack or stroke I'm sure he will game the system to collect disability that he has paid into all his working life. Just sayin...

An Idaho prosecutor issued an arrest warrant for a 9-year-old boy who failed to show up in court.

Hopefully they will get this master criminal off the streets before 7-11 goes bankrupt!

General Petraeus and I

Thirty years ago I was Stationed in Europe as a member of the US Army. I was called into a closed door classified meeting that no one was to talk about. When I got home my wife asked me when was I going to Turkey and for how long. Now I can't tell any one what was said in that meeting for another twenty years, but my wife can. A'murica where everything is a crime.

FCC Fines TV Station for airing advertisement as Newscast special report.

Deceiving the public is good for the corporate bottom line.

The Federal Communications Commission today announced its Enforcement Bureau has fined Journal Broadcast Corp., owner Las Vegas ABC affiliate KTNV, $115,000 for violating the Commission’s Sponsorship Identification Rule.

According to the FCC, KTNV aired “Special Reports” in 2009 that were actually paid ads for car dealers without disclosing the reports were paid for.

Watkins claimed his mother "stole his diamonds and also gave his father cancer" and that "he had to kill her because she was trying to kill him," the report said. The report did not say why or how she was trying to kill him.

and Social Security. My kid needs government grants and loans to earn a degree. I need good roads to get to work and shop. Don't raise taxes, eliminate the debt, illegal aliens are stealing my tax money by receiving food stamps! My daughter just had a child she needs WIC and food stamps. We need better schools. No way are you going to raise my taxes to pay for more schools we can cut the waste like pencils and books! I always vote republican because the corporations and wealthy need lower taxes. Unions are communist and I need a raise, but the boss won't give me one and increased my health insurance premiums which is all Obamacares fault.

So done, in fact, that Spinelli has become an academic and recently authored a self-published book: "Prison as Punishment," a memoir about his criminal blunders and what he learned inside the razor wire. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco on his birthday in 2001. Then in 2006, he earned a master's degree in creative nonfiction from St. Mary's College of California, where he now teaches.
