When America has real culture then you can have a war.

Yes, America has culture. But it is not the culture evangelical Christians like. Rock and roll, Hip hop, Video games, porn of all types, Zoomer slang, traditional marriage avoided, nobody wants to go to church anymore or join the military. Zoomers and Millennials do not have hatred or fear of Communism or Socialism like we Boomers were forced to be.
The Chinese Culture war (1966 to 1976) wanted to change people's way of thinking. They were cleansing of capitalist mentality, in other words: Brain washing! The religious right wants to do the same thing. The totalitarian right is no different than the authoritarian left.

MAGA acting like 60's radicals.

I have a confession to make. If January 6th, 2020, happened in 1969? As a 15-year-old self-styled revolutionary, I would have thought it
was cool. I am now 66 years and a little smarter. This militant faction of the new left back then was criticized as "Adventurist" and "Reckless" Even the Black Panther denounced underground groups like the "Weathermen' I use to think that violence was a solution to political problems.
