I get 403 forbidden on only one website (so far) State Farm, and I get it on ONLY

my home network via Comcast/Xfinity and Gateway XB7 modem/router. When I switch to cellular on the iphones, Verizon, get on right away no problem.

But now on Iphone 14 (wife) and Ipad using Safari we can get on, cant get on using Chrome on those.

On my Iphone 14+ cant get on using either browser, but if I turn wifi off I get on using Verizon cellular.
Have rebooted all devices and the Gateway. Also have laptop PC, cant get on using Chrome or Edge.

403 forbidden as I understand it is the site blocking me for whatever reason, suspicious activity or whatever. Called State Farm IT and he was not aware that they ever do that but would refer it up the chain.

The app also does not connect on wifi but will when I switch to cellular.

2 days ago my router modem got goofy and had to be restarted, the ROKU and TV kept disconnecting after that when I would turn them off but now it is better.

(got warning from State Farm that an IP address logged on, which I assume is me using all these devices, but the IP they say it is I cant find in my devices, if a device is disconnected from the network and reconnected does the IP change? Pretty sure nobody is trying to get into my account, it says IOS 16 and thats what we have. Deleted cache and cookies.

This may violate this group's rule about offering medical advice, but we need to know re COVID vax

if someone has had all primary vax and boosters including Omicron for a total of
FIVE vaccinations, and if the last one (Omicron/bivalent) was approx 6 mos ago, do we need another one?

I cant find that answer anywhere including CDC site. Pharmacist at Costco said no, but I am not ready to accept that as the final answer.

I have heard we would get one annually the way we do flu shots, but not sure.

Somehow I have managed to avoid getting Covid, and want to continue that if possible.
