I Have A Question About Trump/Garland/Wray
If Benedict Donald robbed a bank while he was president, video taped the robbery, video taped the getaway car and the license tag, video taped the money bags in his office at Mar-el-Loco, then sent copies of the tapes to Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray, would Trump be in jail 3 years later?
I say definitely not.
Why is my hypothetical any different than what Trump did when he stole top secret documents? Trump admitted on video tape that he took the documents, there is video tape of the documents at Mar-el-Loco. We have video tape of witnesses to the crime. We have expert prosecutors, judges, lawyers all saying that the Trump stolen document case is a slam dunk and yet here we are over 3 years later and there is a real possibility that judge Cannon is setting up the stage to dismiss charges against Trump.

Trump made a request to dismiss the charges against him, instead of denying Trump's request she did not rule on it which means that Trump can make this request again once a jury is seated. Here's the scary part, Once a jury is seated and Trump requests that his charges be dismissed and Cannon grants his request, DOJ has no means to appeal, the trial is over.

Want To Know Why Alvin Bragg's Trial Is Going To Be Delayed 30 Days
Merrick Garland: Garland chose not to prosecute Trump (individual one) after Trump left office.
Alvin Bragg decided to prosecute Trump since Garland passed. The trial is scheduled for the 26th but lo and behold Garland's SDNY has turned over 100,000 pages of documents that are discovery evidence that should have been turned over previously. More pages of discovery are coming next week.
We would not have this discovery problem had Garland decided to prosecute Trump.
That's the real bottom line, IMO, don't blame Alvin Bragg. Robert Mueller laid out all of the evidence for Trump to be indicted after he left office, the only reason that Mueller did not indict Trump was because of the DOJ memo that a sitting president can't be indicted.

2 Magat Judges Are Presiding Over Trump Trials
Judge Cannon and judge McAfee have clearly shown that they are partisan in favor of Trump.
Cannon has been so obvious in her backing of Trump but now getting her removed will most likely mean no trial until after the election, not that keeping her on will mean we have one. Cannon is keeping her trial date to block Jack Smith's J6 trial.
So what judge McAfee has done to Fani Willis is so disgusting, so demeaning to her that he has shown that he is a racist piece of shit to allow the prosecution to put on a circus. I do not know how he is going to rule but even if he keeps Fani on he has laid the groundwork for the Georgia legislature to remove Fani by using its new law which was just authorized.
Is President Biden nominating judges? Is Chuck Schumer submitting the names for confirmation? We need to keep appointing honest, non-partisan judges. let's get going.
Oh yeah and our fascist Supreme Court is blocking an honest judge, Chutkan, from holding her trial.

We now have a witness who helped load boxes of documents from Mar-el-Loco on to a plane bound for Trump's golf course.
We had DOJ apologists claim that we needed proof of documents being at Bedminster before it could be searched. OK, I agree with that, but now we have a witness who is testifying on TV to Kaitlan Collins about what he did. WTF, this guy should be testifying to Jack Smith, not to Kaitlan Collins, now any testimony he gives to a grand jury can be picked apart for discrepancies.
What the hell is going on? Every day someone comes forward with more evidence proving Trump's criminality and the bottom line is always the same, GOTV folks, it's up to us because our justice department is getting its ass whipped.

Special Counsel Hur Arranged His Retirement
WTF does that mean that Hur arranged his retirement one day before he is scheduled to testify before a Magat House committee.
Hur previously stated that he planned to resign on the 15th. Who did he arrange his early retirement with, Merrick Garland?
Now Hur is a private citizen and is not constrained or bound by DOJ policies when he gives his testimony today.
I swear that when Garland was confirmed and when he said that he would not be partisan he was only speaking to Magats.
Hur is bringing a Magat attorney with him to the hearing to make sure that he doesn't perjure himself when he bashes President Biden.

Robert Hur Resigned As Special Counsel
Hur stated he would resign on the 15th but he has conveniently already resigned 1 day before his testimony before a House committee. What this means; It means that Hur is now a private citizen and not bound by DOJ guidelines.
I stated this morning that Garland should have redacted the misrepresentations that Hur put in his report.
Has Hur met with House Magats to "get the story straight?" Hur can misrepresent what he put in his report and President Biden has zero ability to defend himself.
The Magat party needs to make Biden's age a focal point of Trump's campaign because they have no accomplishments to run on.
Mark my word, Biden's SOTU speech did not end the narrative about his age, the sham that is scheduled for tomorrow is designed to revive that right wing narrative.
