Election Results aren't a burger drive thru

Remember folks, every ballot needs to be counted and that will take time.

The election results are not like getting a burger in a drive thru in five minutes. Try ordering 150,000,000 burgers and see how long it takes.

The official due date for all states is in mid-December when every state must report to Congress, it's electoral college and popular vote totals. That is the official deadline for the Nov 3rd election. One election, in the later 1800's was decided three days before inaguration and the nation didn't crumble. It went on, just like we planned it should. We will again in 2020.

The paper trail will win the day and the election. We want accurate results. We will eventually find out.

Be patient... Most election officials are volunteer citizens, and they will count every single ballot.
Be inspired... that so many citizens are voting, and hope that this will continue in the future.
Be proud... that we do this unique method of self-governance.
