WarGamer's JournalEXCLUSIVE: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Planning to Announce Independent Run
Hopefully takes more votes from Trump than Biden...

Kennedys campaign machine is now planning attack ads against the Democratic National Committee in order to pave the way for his announcement in Philadelphia about running as an independent, according to a text reviewed by Mediaite.
Bobby feels that the DNC is changing the rules to exclude his candidacy so an independent run is the only way to go, a Kennedy campaign insider told Mediaite.
Feinstein, if there was a Politician Hall of Fame.
She'd be a first ballot inductee.
She represents a LOT of firsts and most importantly she represents the (nearly) long gone era of mutual respect and dignity in office.
I always liked and respected her... even when I thought she was too much in the middle.
We just lost a good one.
The Obama Administration STILL delivering... the asteroid dirt!!
https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/9/27/asteroid-dust-debris-likely-found-as-returned-nasa-space-capsule-openedThe retrieval marked only the third asteroid sample, and by far the biggest, ever returned to Earth for analysis, following two similar missions by Japans space agency ending in 2010 and 2020.
Landing on the asteroid, Osiris-Rex collected roughly 250 grams (9 ounces) of dust from its rocky surface. Analysis of the material taken from the asteroid, scientists believe, will help researchers better understand the formation of the solar system and how Earth became habitable.

It is not the "democrat party" it is the democratic party. Time to learn basic grammar if you want to be taken seriously Mark.

Rightwing propaganda
I have no interest in this at all. The fact that this was recommended to anyone is a serious problem. The primary objective of this propaganda is to create fear and keep power structures in tact. 0/10 would not recommend.
Ukraine's special services 'likely' behind strikes on Wagner-backed forces in Sudan
Interesting...
https://www.cnn.com/2023/09/19/africa/ukraine-military-sudan-wagner-cmd-intl/index.html
Speaking to CNN, a Ukrainian military source described the operation as the work of a non-Sudanese military. Pressed on whether Kyiv was behind the attacks, the source would only say that Ukrainian special services were likely responsible.
The operation involved a series of attacks on the paramilitary group Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which is believed to be receiving assistance from Wagner, the Russian mercenary group, in its fight against the Sudanese army for control of the country.
Neanderthal Genes Are Linked to Severe Covid Risk
https://www.wsj.com/health/wellness/neanderthal-genes-are-linked-to-severe-covid-risk-d992ccadAnd before the comic book depictions of Neanderthals... they were probably more advanced than Homo sapiens.
So NO, your MAGA uncle doesn't have high Neanderthal DNA... lol
A new study carried out in Bergamo now suggests that genes inherited from Neanderthals, extinct cousins of modern humans, could help explain why some people developed life-threatening forms of the disease while others didnt.
The high number of infections in Bergamo provided scientists with data for the study, though the research doesnt address why so many people died there compared with other parts of Italy or Europe.

Inflation expected to tick higher in August as oil prices surge.
After hitting 3.0% in June... CPI hit 3.2% in July and now, the August numbers released tomorrow will be 3.6%
That's the first time we've had back to back months with increasing inflation in over a year.
Bad news is... this is going to pressure Jerome Powell to increase interest rates more...
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/inflation-expected-to-tick-higher-in-august-as-oil-prices-surge-200943789.html
A significant rise in energy prices is expected to drive the bulk of those increases. Oil prices hit new year-to-date highs on Tuesday with West Texas Intermediate (CL=F) closing just below $89 per barrel. Brent crude futures (BZ=F) sat above $92 per barrel the highest levels in oil prices since November 2022.
On a "core" basis, which strips out the more volatile costs of food and gas, prices in August are expected to have risen 4.3% over last year a slowdown from the 4.7% annual increase seen in July, according to Bloomberg data. Monthly core prices are expected to have climbed 0.2%, matching July's monthly rise.
