America is immune from jurisdiction of any nation or entity from an investigation as to if that was a war crime. Pentagon concluded it for sure was not, tho.

Or when thousands of soldiers in the Iraqi forces were retreating from Kuwait and were slaughtered on the road, completely helpless? Pentagon investigation… also not war crime! Look away! Many more examples.
