If this trend continues it will be bad news for the Republicans.
Yesterday I got the new booster shot. I did not get the same side effects as earlier doses.
My arm is sore, that's about it. The earlier doses made me feel like I was getting sick for a day or two. Anybody else have less side effects from the new booster shot?
Just my opinion, I believe close elections could be decided by the ROE decision.
I still believe women are pissed off and motivated to vote on this issue.
I am counting on the American people stopping me from seeing this.
A House hearing run by traitors like Jim Jordan investigating the J6 committee investigation. That will most likely happen if the Republicans take back the House. Vote, vote, vote.
Perhaps, the American people have to fail miserably before they wake up.
Tens of millions of Americans have become extremists. They are under the complete control of propaganda. Talking to them will not fix that. Facts don't work with them. This is the largest extremist movement in our history. It is propaganda driven.
Extremism is on the march and nothing will stop it from getting worse unless the American people vote to keep the Republicans out of power for many years. If the people do that it would force the Republican Party to moderate. I am not sure if there are enough reasonable Americans left to get that done. We will find out in this election and in the 2024 election
Perhaps the Republicans in the future will ban abortion across the country. They may take more of our rights away in the future because so many Americans have become extremists. Far to many Americans are under the influence of propaganda. They do not know what they are doing.
Perhaps the rule of law will continue to weaken because of the mass extremism.
At some point extremism will reach a breaking point. The American people will see the results of their extremism, that's how it always works. Will they like it? I doubt it.
Perhaps the American people will have to get their way when it comes to their extremism, madness, ignorance and fail horribly. Then we can finally see an end to this madness that has engulfed our country and get back to our normal way of doing things.
I am still hopeful the American people will wake up and do the right thing this November. That would send a big message to all the extremists. That would tell me there are still enough Americans to beat back extremism, fascism, racism.
It's all up to the American people what path they choose. They will have to live with the results of their decision.
So let me get this straight, the polls are showing voters are most concerned about inflation.
The majority of people believe voting Republican is going to fix that? Ignore the fact the Republicans blocked Biden from doing things that could have helped with inflation. Ignore the fact the Republicans are taking their rights away. Ignore the fact the Republican Party is trying to end our democracy. Just focus on inflation and blame the Democrats? If this is true, the American people will pay a heavy price for their ignorance and foolishness.
I do not trust the polls, I will wait for the election results. I still believe we can hold the Senate. Holding the House was always going to be tough, but I thought we had a chance because of how corrupt the Republican Party has become. If the American people vote to put the Republicans in charge of the Senate and the House. The people will pay a heavy price for their ignorance and foolishness.
How many times do you have to punch an American in the face before they wake up and say enough. This election is going to tell us a lot about the American people.
Our Democracy depends on the American people NOT walking, talking and voting with their heads up their ass.
In my opinion, as still a fairly young nation, we must go through the pain of convicting a
guilty ex-president. I see it as part of our nations growing pains. We have seen all the loopholes Trump exposed in our laws and our constitution. We as a nation still have some growing up to do.
As president, Trump was like the captain of a pirate ship.
All of his enablers, his crew, were all corrupt thieves who enabled Trump for their own self interests.
When Trump was elected every corrupt asshole in our country came running to volunteer to work aboard the pirate ship.
Statutory Immunity. A court order that grants immunity and compels a witness to testify.
To be granted permission the US Attorney must show the testimony is necessary to the public interest and the individual has or will invoke the 5th.
Do you believe this will be something Garland may have to consider using as he moves forward in his investigations? A lot of people have taken the 5th. These investigations are definitely in the publics interest.
I do not believe Statutory Immunity grants full immunity. People can get a lesser sentence if they tell all truthfully.
Compelling Meadows to testify would be one example. He knows everything.
I still find it interesting the J6 committee never really focused in on the Willard Hotel.
You would think the coup headquarters would be a high priority for the committee, something they would want to share with the public.
It is safe to assume the committee questioned people like Stone, Eastman, Rudy, Flynn, about the Willard Hotel. They most likely took the 5th. What about their staffs. Did they question staff members who were at the Hotel? Did they take the 5th or did some of them answer questions? Christina Bobb was at the Willard. Did they question her?
The Willard Hotel must have video cameras. The committee must have subpoenaed them. What did the videos show. Did they show who was coming in and out of the rooms. Did they show Oath Keepers and Proud Boys coming in and out of the rooms.
I have been waiting for a reporter to ask a committee member, what about the Willard Hotel?
It is fair to say the committee knows a lot more about the Willard Hotel than they are sharing with the public. I wonder, why?
