I think the hearings are pushing us towards a very important breaking point.
Some people are going to realize they are screwed and they are going to start talking, making deals to save themselves. Once that happens it will snowball. The rats are going to turn on each other.
Someone needs to send a memo to all the white domestic terrorist organizations.
Trump is no longer in power. There is a new sheriff in town. Go back to hiding in the shadows, your basements, if you continue on with your bullshit you will go to prison. How can people be so stupid?
I know what the gun bill is going to be called.

The gun bill is mostly a mental health bill. That's a good thing I suppose.

What Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger have done cannot be overstated.
Forget politics, their political beliefs. History is going to remember them as courageous patriots. The Republicans goal was to have no Republicans serve on the committee. That would have made it very easy for them to attack an all Democrat committee. A political witch hunt. At first they wanted people like Jordan on the committee. Pelosi shot that down. After that they wanted no Republicans on the committee.
They put their careers on the line, have received death threats and had the courage to do what was right. They gave the committee legitimacy. Future generations of Americans are going to read about, hear about, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.

Trump spent his entire life learning how to commit crimes and get away with it. He failed at this over and over again, but he had money and lawyers who saved his ass. He paid huge fines to get out of trouble.
When Trump became president he thought he could do the same thing. At some point he decided he should be president for life, a king.
He showed his true stupidity when he attempted to over throw the United States of America after the election was over. DUH!
Any smart wanna be king would have understood you rig the election before the election, not after the election is over.
Now the wanna be king and his merry band of traitors are facing charges that could send all of them to prison. These are very stupid people who are lunatics.
Passing gun legislation that has no teeth.
We will have to wait and see what is the bill. I fear the Democrats will be happy if they can get the Republicans to agree to anything. They will see it as a win. However, the bill may not make much of a difference when it comes to gun violence. We know how Republicans are. They could say in the future, see we passed gun legislation and it does not work.
The democrats should play hardball in my opinion. They have the Republicans up against the wall on this issue. They should demand things like universal background checks at the least. Simple things that will make a difference. Gun registration, banning high capacity magazines, etc.
Maybe they will get more out of the Republicans than I am expecting, have to wait and see.
Tomorrow's hearing will focus on Trumps criminal intent. It's the whole case in a nutshell.
They will prove beyond reasonable doubt Trump and his band of Traitors knew the election was not stolen. Which proves they lied and are guilty. Game, Set, Match.
