If the committee announces criminal referrals, I think it will be Cheney who will do it.

I'm just guessing, I think there is a big debate among the committee members on whether they should send, announce criminal referrals to The DOJ. If they do, I have been thinking about what type of criminals referrals they would put forward.

Obstructing Congress in an official act seems very possible and easily proved.

Conspiracy to defraud the government is another that seems very possible. The fake electors, election fraud, etc.

Those are my two best guesses.

The committee cannot indict anybody. However, announcing serious criminal referrals to the DOJ would send a big message to the American people, news media and of course all the traitors.

It's possible one day, we may all be saying this about Garland.

Everyone wants Garland to start indicting people NOW, including myself. At the very least I want garland to be more out spoken, more aggressive after the hearings are completed and I have been a big defender of Garland. You know what, I may not get my wish. They involved too many people in their coup plot. We are talking many scores of people. Not all of them are going to go to jail for Trump. Many will tell all to save themselves and that will be the ballgame.

Fake electors in Georgia - 16, Michigan - 16, Arizona - 11.

In just these 3 states there are 43 people who are at risk of being indicted. That's a lot of targets, a lot of people you can offer plea deals. I would not be surprised if some are already cooperating. In Georgia some of them already talked to prosecutors thinking they were witnesses, not targets.

We know the DOJ is investigating the fake electors. We know the AG in Georgia has a state case that is a smoking gun case.

The possible Federal and State crimes the fake electors are facing come with very serious prison time. Signing forged documents is a crime. Conspiracy to Defraud the government, racketeering, sending forged documents to the national archives.

Everyone knows, if want to get the people at the top, you turn the people below them. That is exactly what going to happen in the fake electors investigations. Some people are going to turn, granted immunity, and then things will snowball and bring all the traitors down.

You can see it coming. The target notices DA Willis sent to the fake electors was not a love letter. It was letting them know they better lawyer up because she has the goods on them. She is not looking to charge them with misdemeanors. She is going to charge them with very serious crimes and they will shit their pants.

The same thing is going to happen at the Federal level.

The brainless Georgia fake electors, some of them volunteered to be interviewed by prosecutors.

They thought they were being called as witnesses. Recently AG Willis sent them target notices, Lol. Now they are going to be indicted.

The traitors we are dealing with, from top to bottom, are very stupid people. They are convicting themselves. Willis is considering racketeering and conspiracy charges against the fake electors.

AG Willis can connect the fake electors directly to people in the Whitehouse. People like Eastman, Rudy, and Meadows.

I cannot believe how dumb these lunatics are.

Just a reminder, these idiot fake electors signed their names to a forged document, saying they were the real electors and then sent the forged document to the national archives.

That's like video taping yourself robbing a bank. DUH!

Not indicting Trump, his inner circle would end Garlands career. He would have to resign in disgrace

Biden would be forced to remove him. The hearings have proven Trump and his inner circle committed many crimes that must be prosecuted. Not doing so would be dereliction of duty at the highest level. The majority of the American people know Trump and his inner circle are guilty and they want them charged.

Let's say Garland does nothing and Trump runs for president. Trump and his inner circle will hit the campaign trail and attack, lie, spread propaganda about all the investigations. If that happens the news media and ten of millions of Americans would call for Garlands removal. They would pressure Biden to remove him. None of this is tenable. Garland is an intelligent man. He knows this.

In my opinion, Garland has only one option, one choice. Prosecute Trump and his inner circle for all the crimes the committee has already shown, proven, to the American people.

The school shooting in Texas is another example of how extremism backfires.

Texas has some of the worst, weakest gun laws in the country. It is easy to get a military assault rifle. Now many police officers will probably lose their jobs. Some of them may be indicted. There will be major political fallout from this disaster. They ran, froze, when faced by a teenager with an assault rifle. This tragedy proves once again, It's the guns stupid.
