Conspiracy to Obstruct Congress. I can find no reason why the DOJ will not eventually charge people in Trumps inner circle with this crime. People like John Eastman. It is a felony.
The DOJ may have better evidence than the committee when it comes to the proud boys, oath keepers.
I believe 16 proud boys, oath keepers, have been charged with seditious conspiracy. Some of them have turned and are telling all. The FBI has all their phones, computers, etc. These are not very smart people. What did the FBI find on these phones?
Did they find phone records, text messages, connecting the proud boys, oath keepers and someone in the Whitehouse, members of congress? Have the people who have turned, given the FBI solid evidence?
The DOJ would not have charged these traitors with seditious conspiracy unless they had very solid evidence. Anyone connected to them could possibly be charged with seditious conspiracy.
Raskin stated the committee has evidence about the backchannel between the proud boys, oath keepers and someone connected to Trump.
The FBI/DOJ may have much more.
When you know a fire will burn you and you stick your hand in the fire anyways.
That is John Eastman. What an idiot. Today the committee proved Eastman is guilty. Yes the DOJ is investigating, yes the DOJ is watching the hearings.

Trump and his children will have to testify in the NY civil case next month. That probably means AG James is getting close to the end of her investigation. I hope she bankrupts the Trump organization.
Also, NY AG James is looking into investigating Trump for fraud, in his fake election defense fund scheme. If any of that money used for fraudulent purposes passed through any NY bank, she may have a case.
It's incredible, The committee, If they wanted to, could add hearings.
They have been investigating what happened on Jan 6th for about a year. They have uncovered massive amounts of evidence and every day they uncover more evidence.
I have a feeling, once the hearings are over, the committee will still be showing us more damming evidence in the future.

We learned beyond any doubt, Loudermilk is a liar. Which means he is guilty. The committee must have the phone of the guy who was taking pictures of the stairs. They showed the pictures he took. Unless he posted everything on Facebook. They could have gotten the pictures that way I suppose.
Bannon will be going on trial soon. Which means he will be in prison soon. That is a slam dunk case.
We learned Ginni Thomas was an internet pen pal with Eastman. That is not going to end well.
The 3 Trump nut election election officials in New Mexico, were shot down by the State Supreme Court. They are now facing possible criminal charges. As I watched that video of them refusing to certify, I realized they had no idea what they were doing. They were living in a made up world. They believed , without evidence, the voting machines were rigged. They believed they were saving America. I am starting to notice a pattern here, when it comes to certain Trump nuts. They don't watch the news or they believe the news is propaganda.
How many Trump voters died from covid because they believed the news is fake. As some of them were taking their last breathes they denied the real news.
How many Trump voters who stormed the capital are now sitting in jail and they don't understand why. They believed they were saving America.
This may have been Trumps greatest success. He convinced millions of Trump voters the news is fake. When people believe the news is fake, there is only one place remaining for them to get information, from propaganda. They have been brainwashed. With the rise of the internet and Fox News, people like the Trump voters had a place to go for information. When they decided the news was fake, they had access to the largest propaganda system ever created in history. The results have been tragic.
I believe we are witnessing an historic tragedy unfold before our eyes. There are countless Trump nuts across America who will unknowingly and knowingly commit crimes in the future because they don't watch the news. They will believe they are saving America when they commit crimes.
Reading some of Ginni Thomas e-mails, tells me she does not watch or believe in the news. She believed she was saving America.
The guy taking a picture of stairs at the capital. The FBI should be knocking on his door.
They should get a warrant, take his phones, computers and see who he was sharing his stairway, hallway pictures with. This is not an innocent family tour and the FBI must take action.
Loudermilk should be removed from congress period.
