fightforfreedom's JournalSome hopeful good news, I just talked to a Trump voter I know.
He is still swallowing propaganda like a pig at a trough. He still hates Democrats and says crazy things about Democrats that are not true. However, his attitude towards Trump has changed.
He admits Trump is in trouble in the NY investigations and the Georgia investigation. He also agreed with me that it would be best for everyone, our country, if Trump simply faded away. Quit politics completely and just went golfing, do something beside politics. He also admitted Trump went too far on Jan 6th. This was a big change for him. In the past he always defended Trump no matter what.
He doesn't yet see the crimes Trump committed on the level we do, but he is at least admitting Trump did commit crimes , went too far when it comes to Jan 6th.
Do you remember when Trump fired Sally Yates?
It happened just after he took office. She did her job, warning Trump about Flynn being compromised. He fired Yates and did not get rid of Flynn until the news media learned what was happening about two weeks later. That's when I knew Trump was going to be crazy corrupt beyond reason. I thought Trump would not survive his presidency. I thought he would be eventually removed. At that time I did not know reason no longer mattered in America.
Then he starting giving security clearances to people who were not qualified. He started to go after Comey and all the FBI agents who were investigating him. He put corrupt, unqualified people in charge of Government agencies who hated the Government agencies they were put in charge of, people who wanted to wreck the agency.
His entire Presidency was one corrupt act after another. It got worse and worse, investigations, firing everyone who disagreed with him, impeachment. How in the hell did he survive those 4 years? It seems impossible but it happened and I don't think I will ever understand it.
It looks like the open hearings will focus on the top coup plotters around Trump.
Raskin was just on MSNBC saying something to that effect. He said they have enough information via text messages, e-mails, testimony to clearly show, to tell the story, to the American people what happened on Jan 6th.
I imagine the people he is talking about is Meadows, Flynn, Rudy, Powell, Bannon, all those at the Willard hotel, etc.
They are going to prove there was a conspiracy to overthrow the election and Garland will follow the law. He will follow the evidence and if the evidence says indict the top coup plotters he will do it. Once the top coup plotters are indicted, then the next step will be to go after the leader of the coup plot. Trump.
That's how I see right now. Just my opinion.
The Trump nuts running for election jobs, offices, will commit crimes.
They will get caught and they will be indicted. You can see it coming. These are very stupid people just like the fake electors. Hardcore extremists without a brain, that's what they are.

By the way, if you have never seen the HBO series Chernobyl, watch it, it was outstanding. It gave me chills.
If Biden can get Putin to back down, It would be a major political victory for Biden.
It would be good for the midterm elections.
No one knows what Putin is going to do, but Biden has done a very good job uniting almost everyone against Putin. Putin is isolated, if he invades he will be more isolated and that will hurt the Russian economy. Putin knows this. I guess we will find out shortly because it would be difficult for Putin to keep 200,000 troops deployed on Ukraines border indefinitely.
I'm pretty sure Trump voters have seen the video of Trump talking about the 5th.
If Trump takes the 5th hundreds of times, Trump voters will not like it. They will react the same way as they did when Trump said he got the booster shot. They will boo him. Trumps base is slowly shrinking day by day. Even they are starting to recognize his bullshit.
Of course his hardcore crazy base will never change no matter what Trump does.
In my opinion, there are only two possible outcomes.
Either the American justice system destroys Trump or Trump destroys the American justice system.
The two can no longer co-exist.
This battle will decide the future of our country.
Trump and the 5th is like oil and water.
It doesn't mix. 
I have no doubt Trumps lawyers will tell him to take the 5th over and over again. I can see Trump attempting to take the fifth over and over again, and I can see Trump losing self control, then telling the prosecutors one of his made up bullshit stories over and over again.
Trump taking the 5th hour after hour without saying anything else, that shit doesn't mix.
Putin is doing a good job strengthening NATO.
Putin is an evil guy, but he is not crazy. I still believe he is trying to see, testing us and NATO, to see how far he can go in Ukraine. Take it piece by piece like he did in Crimea.
Putin can see that NATO with Biden's leadership is in complete agreement, united and are taking action. We are arming Ukraine and now Poland.
If Biden can get Putin to back down, it would be a major politically victory for Biden. I guess the question that has to be answered is how far will the US and NATO allow Putin to go into Ukraine.
