55. Who exactly is "banning" discussions?

I've seen ARGUMENTS when campaigns are criticized, which is entirely legitimate. You have a perfect right to gripe about how someone runs a campaign, and I have a right to say you are wrong. That's not banning, that's having, as you say, a "discussion." That's what a discussion IS.
