12. Absentee ballots could swing the race per NBC news online, and we may not know the outcome tonight.

There are a substantial number of absentee ballots — several thousand — that could swing the race. Two of the four counties in the district were expected to tally their absentee votes Tuesday evening, while the other two are not expected to count those votes right away
