He's closer to my values. He also garnered more votes at the state Democratic convention.

Given California's current top two candidate system, the general election will probably between de Leon vs Feinstein.

So, either way, a Democrat will hold that seat.

I feel no problem with voting against Feinstein in this case. More than that, I'm voting for de Leon. I like the guy and what he stands for.
