55. I can't imagine h0w difficult it must be for those trying to compete who are following the laws

Must be very hard for companies that only hire documented employees, pay benefits, health insurance, unemployment insurance and workman's comp to have to compete with companies that are doing none of that and paying people under the table.

The legitimate companies are most likely underbid on every job making it very difficult to stay in business. Thinking about roofers, construction and landscaping among others
