When he shouted it is people like you that cause accidents when all she was doing was a fairly common occurrence waiting for a car to pull out to pull in. (Happens all the time in parking garages when 3 floors are full of cars).
The behavior may not be racist but the person at the other end of all this doesn't know all this background the OP shared with us and even then in the context I can see (and others) why it happened.

problem was I wasn't trying park near walmart I was trying to go down the aisle to get to another
