5. Actually, as I understand it, he did cheat

I believe that he answered the questions about collusion but refused to answer any questions about obstruction. Whether he left obstruction questions blank or gave some half assed legal reason why he didn't answer them I don't know, but I would bet that when these questions are finally made public we will find out that a whole bunch of them have no answers at all.
