(14,757 posts)I don't know why some can't understand that opposition to her is not because of her "establishment" status. Or her gender. Its completely based on looking at her history as speaker of looking the other way on past Republican crimes, and that that is like putting a bandaid on what should be open heart surgery. That getting a consession or two on overall destructive Republican bills is not what we need right now. We need a scorched earth strategy. We need someone that is not afraid to lose the shy moderate small r voters that might be put off by going for the throat. Who realizes that there are even more potential votes to be had by those that are aching for Democrats to be more aggressive against these Republican traitors.
I'm willing to give her another chance. Don't have much choice, as I think she'll be a shoo in. I just pray she has learned a few lessons and will listen to her core, and understands the consequences of "moving forward" ....again.
