but the perception is one of in-action and weakness. We need to see anger and outrage (a spectacle if you will) because that is what is needed to rally a fighting spirit in our party and to pressure other Representatives to begin at least an Impeachment inquiry. You're kidding yourself if you believe that perception won't come at a cost.
