4. It's the timeline that concerns me, though.

Just seems to me it would consume the media and leave our primaries and candidates with scarce attention. I guess if you see impeachment as our only 2020 hope, then it wouldnt matter. But, if you're like me and think an impeachment assures nothing, you believe we need our candidate(s) to have as few distracted voters as possible.

If I thought Green's articles of impeachment could prevail--meaning lead to a conviction--I'd be all aboard. I just dont see these articles as serious enough to swing Congress toward removing him. And yes, his words were reprehensible.
