He was going to lose the Dem primary (see the poll in the OP).
Now we get to run against him in the general. His district has moved from red to blue. He's in a box. He will lose in November, so it will be an R seat for less than a year.

It's not a Lean R district, either. It's a toss-up district which will likely vote D in Nov. 2020.
