There is no sense in talking about anything with them, they are high on their racism, bigotry, hatred and ugliness. I now carry intense and legal pepper spray with me all of the time, never did before. At least it provides some protection if some crazy attacks me. Often you can spot them a mile away. I do fear, as you've said, "They're just a small step away from screaming for blood."
